Most people put off this call. It's a strange one to make — you're contacting a death doula, which means naming something out loud that you may not have said to anyone yet.
Here's what actually happens on it. Twenty minutes, no cost, no pitch. You tell me what's going on. I ask some questions. I tell you honestly whether I'm the right help, and if I'm not, I'll point you toward who is.
You don't need to have it figured out first. People call me while caring for an aging parent, watching a parent's memory go, sitting with a new diagnosis, planning a death at home, or months into a grief that hasn't loosened. Some call with no situation at all — just a sense that they should get their own wishes written down before someone else has to guess.

If any of that sounds like where you are, let's talk.
